Anti-Virus protection is an important part of
protecting your computer and it's valuable data. At R & R
Computer Service we have seen a ten fold increase in
virus activity in the last 12 months. In the past, virus
attacks were something that happened to the other guy.
Unfortunately, if you are using e-mail or internet access on
a regular basis, you are at a higher risk for attacks than
ever before. If you ignore this aspect of your computer, it's
only a matter of time before you become a victim. Most
"infecttions" are sent to us, unwittingly, by people we know
and trust.

When it comes to computer viruses, an ounce of
prevention is definately worth a pound of cure. Most anti-
virus software is designed as a shield against attack, but
